About Us

Was established in 2008 by Rabik De La Garza as president, with the purpose of promoting safety in the personnel and material hoisting industry, mobile cranes and tower cranes.

With more than twenty years as a technician for a major manufacturer of industrial hoisting equipment, servicing, installing, maintaining and refurnishing new and used equipment around the world.

Received factory certifications from equipment manufacturers, worked in the Florida industry as a service technician for three years and nearly three years as an inspector and technical advisor for one of the major South Florida hoisting equipment Inspection Company. 

HCI enhances safety by creating a partnership with its clients to ensure a safe work environment, thorough inspection of hoisting equipment, education and support services.

Experience has taught us at HCI that the customer needs more than a simple handwritten sheet stating that something needs to be corrected. The customer needs to know specifically which regulation is being quoted so we provide detailed reports include photographs of the equipment, identifying all the deficiencies found at the time of the inspection and recommendations to correct them.
